All Soul Koffee
A One-Day Residency in Kyoto
In the heart of Kyoto, Tuluvi Arts presents a multi-sensory experience dedicated to coffee lovers, featuring rare Anaerobic coffee, Homemade Pies and the absolute apex of specialty coffee: Ethical, Wild-Harvested Kopi Luwak from the mountains of Bali, Indonesia.
01 / The Finite Harvest
This pop-up is a limited, one-day-only event centered on the appreciation of unique tastes, sounds and connections. To honor the rare nature of the "world's most premium coffee", we are offering only six pours of the organic wild-harvested Luwak for the entire residency. This ensures each cup is a finite moment of connection that cannot be replicated.
02 / Salon of the Soul
The experience transcends the standard cafe, re-imagining the coffee shop as a salon of the soul. In this journey, you will be presented with an intimate, mystically-centered, minimalist performance curated by award-winning artists Kamau Abayomi and Nanaka Abayomi. This curation includes space for open discussion and Q&A to weave together known and unknown paths of connecting.
03 / Intercultural Synthesis
Through a synthesis of poetry, dialogue, an intimate atmosphere and a soulfully curated soundscape, we will weave intercultural connections. The experience is enhanced by a variety of coffee options, including beans which have undergone the newly created Anaerobic process. All beans are organically grown from the mountains of Bali.
This is an engagement for those who seek grounded artistic excellence and profound narrative depth in the simplicity of drinking coffee together.
(We also have organic Indonesian herbal teas for those who prefer)

The Bali Origin: Munduk
Organic Coffee from Munduk, a highland region in Northern Bali, has a deep history and is globally recognized for high-quality Arabica.
- Terroir: Grown at altitudes of 800m–1,200m in cool, highland conditions.
- Flavor Profile: A balanced harmony of fruity acidity with nutty, cacao-like sweetness.
- Shade-Grown: Cultivated alongside orange, flowers, and cloves, which imparts a complex, floral aroma to the beans.
Processing Methods
Anaerobic (アナエロビック): A specialized process where beans are fermented in sealed, oxygen-free stainless steel tanks. Produces intense, original flavors and unique aromatic compounds.
Full Washed (フルウォッシュト): The traditional standard for measuring a bean's true potential. The mucilage is removed via fermentation in water and thorough washing. Result: A clean, transparent taste with all impurities removed.
Honey Process (ハニープロセス): Named for the sticky, honey-like texture of the mucilage left on the bean during drying. Sugars from the mucilage slowly permeate the bean. Result: Mellow sweetness with notes of caramel.
Natural (ナチュラル): The oldest traditional method; also known as "dry processing". The entire cherry is dried whole, allowing fruit flavors to soak into the bean.
Robusta (ロブスタ): Described as an "energy drink" coffee with double the caffeine of Arabica. Grown via select-picking and slow-dried for 2–3 weeks. Flavor: Punchy bitterness with an aroma reminiscent of roasted barley.
The Apex: Kopi Luwak
One of the world's rarest coffees, sourced from wild civets in the Munduk highlands.
- Natural Selection: Wild civets use their keen sense of smell to choose only the ripest cherries—a more precise "selection" than humans can achieve.
- Internal Fermentation: The beans undergo anaerobic fermentation within the civet's digestive tract, creating a uniquely fragrant aroma.
- Ethical Collection: In conscientious farms like ours, beans are hand-collected from the forest floor, ensuring no animals are caged.
- Purification: The beans are meticulously washed, sun-dried, and hulled to reveal the green bean within.
