“Navigating the Shift” is an eight-week online study circle exploring these questions through the wisdom of Ma’at, the ancient Kemetic (Egyptian) Goddess of truth, balance and divine order. Together, we will investigate the esoteric and metaphysical dimensions of her principles, examining the relationship between consciousness levels, perception and how we participate in the world.
Each session combines discourse, discussion, energetic practice and practical application. Weekly personal exercises and assignments carry the inquiry into your daily life, inviting you to observe the forces shaping your thoughts, emotions and actions, and to explore how spiritual understanding becomes embodied knowledge.
The invitation is to look beneath appearances, deepen your discernment and cultivate a relationship with Ma’at that can guide how you meet uncertainty, transformation and what comes next in this time of transition.
A clear foundation in Ma’at’s principles of truth, balance and divine order, approached through esoteric understanding, energetic practice and personal application.

Week 04 / Community
Does Tribe Destroy Community?
Belonging & separation
When does shared identity nourish connection, and when does it create an “us” and “them”? Examine the boundary between belonging and exclusion.
Loyalty, truth & discernment
What happens when group loyalty conflicts with what you know to be true? Consider how Ma’at can guide independent awareness within collective life.
Reciprocity across difference
Practice listening, accountability and mutual care beyond familiar circles. How can we honor our roots while contributing to a wider community?

Is this your next step?
Bring your questions. Bring your willingness.
This circle invites people drawn to the metaphysical dimensions of Ma’at who want a practical foundation for meeting uncertainty and change.
